Very professional and courteous service. The rooms are kept fairly nice considering the age. Great location. The community was super friendly too. I absolutely recommend this location and this hotel!

This place is great! Has lots to do around hers too! Place has a pool table and a slot room as well! Great staff as well plus great accommodations! We will definitely stay here again and tell others how great this place is
We came for my son's testing for school in that area and he loved the room size it was huge! The guy at the desk can't remember his name was super kind and helpful! Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back next year! The absolute only issue I had here was the construction severely messed with me being able to see how to enter the parking lot one way in/out the construction was literally right there at their entrance on the main road once I figured it out of course it was fine and we left and returned with no problem after the second time but other than that this place was great the actual location of the hotel was great also it was only the construction we had issues with.
Stayed a week with my fiancee and two of our small children. Friendly and helpful staff. Very large and bright room. Our beds and bathroom were super clean and that's important to me. Pool area was a little dirty and water was kinda green, but it wasnt terrible. Breakfast was good and the cook was very hospitable.
It is what it is. it looks clean it smelled clean. I didn't see anything that made me want to run away and not come back
I called the hotel to ask for help with modifying a reservation that I had made on-line. Nathan answered my call, listened to my situation, and came up with a solution that helped save me money! He was polite, understanding, and extremely helpful. Great example of what customer service should be like!
My family and I are local and had to stay here for a week after a house fire. Let me just say everything was fabulous. The rooms are HUGE (2 queen rooms) and clean. The staff are friendly and met every request we had without an issue (and we were rather needy guests). The breakfast is good. We also saw a nice meeting space that would be nice for someone to rent. In addition they have an outdoor pool (wasn't open yet as its only early May) and an outdoor play area for kids. I've stayed at other Belle Vernon hotels and none can compare to Comfort Inn. Thank you guys for being so accommodating and giving us a safe. Comfortable place to stay during such a trying time. A+++
